The project consists of forty-five studio permanent supportive housing units serving individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness. The ground floor consists of on-site supportive service and property management staff spaces and residential common use areas. The site includes a secure courtyard for residents with a covered shelter and features numerous benches made of reclaimed wood from trees removed from the site. Earth Advantage Certification Platinum certification was awarded.
