Brian Grosklos, Associate AIA, ICC CPE

Brian has nearly 20 years of experience working in professional architecture offices in both Portland and Eugene, Oregon. His experience ranges from new commercial projects and commercial tenant improvements to residential single family and multi-family housing. Brian was integral in the master planning and housing prototype design of an Ashland, OR sustainable net-zero energy community and has been committed to environmentally responsible design ever since. He is also certified by the International Code Council as a commercial, residential and fire plans examiner and spent a brief time working for the City of Portland as a Commercial Plans Examiner.
Brian moved back to Eugene and joined BDA Architecture & Planning in November 2019 and is excited for the opportunity to join a team also committed to regional, sustainable and socially responsible design. Brian attained a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 1990 and a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1995. When not at work, Brian likes to backpack, make his own beer, work on renovating his home and spend time with his pet rabbits.
